Description

The Ultra Racing Rear Lower Side Bar (URKR-RS4-4232P) is engineered to combat chassis flex, a common issue during dynamic driving such as hard cornering, braking, or acceleration. This flex can cause significant deformation and twisting of the vehicle's body, leading to a loss of tire grip and undesirable handling traits like understeer or oversteer. The hollow steel tubes and oval tubes used in its construction range from 1.2mm to 1.6mm in thickness. The product is designed for direct fitment on the Kia K8 GL3 3.5 V6 2WD model from 2021 onwards. Installation is intended to be straightforward, enhancing the vehicle's structural integrity without requiring significant modifications. The bar's primary function is to reduce the forces transferred to the chassis, which can otherwise lead to deformation of components like the wheel housing and lower arm. By neutralizing these forces, it aims to provide a more stable and responsive driving experience.
