Rear Main Seal Adapter BBC 1-Piece to 2-Piece

The Stef's Fabrication Specialties 7035 is a rear main seal adapter kit designed for Big Block Chevy engines. This adapter allows for the use of a 1-piece seal with a 2-piece crank.

Stef's Fabrication Specialties constructs their oil system products with precision. Their assembly process utilizes fixture assembly and 100% heli-arc welding, both inside and out, to ensure a fully fabricated and durable product. They avoid using dissimilar material thicknesses, opting instead for matched materials to achieve uniform weld penetration and prevent issues like material overlap that can trap debris. Reinforced pan rail and seal areas are fitted to the block before leak testing. For steel oil pans, an internal welding process with a special soft-wire technique is employed, which is more forgiving to vibrational movement and crack-resistant than MIG welding.
