Rear Motor Mount

The 27WON Rear Motor Mount is engineered to enhance power transfer and throttle response in your Honda Civic by controlling engine movement. The stock rear engine mount often struggles to keep the engine in place as power output increases, resulting in wheel hop and a less direct feel. The mount features a unique "I-Beam" style design, similar to high-performance connecting rods, to reduce weight (approximately 0.5 lbs less than OEM) while maintaining strength. It utilizes a single, custom-molded polyurethane mounting point (available in 70A Street or 90A Race durometer) on the engine side to manage primary rotational movement, while a rigid chassis-mounted point eliminates secondary up/down motion. The steel sleeve within the polyurethane is made from 416 stainless steel for durability. Installation is rated at 1 hour with a difficulty of 1/5. The product comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty and is designed and manufactured in Vancouver, Washington. Note that increased Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) is an inherent part of this upgrade over the OEM mount, with the 90A Race version providing maximum performance at the cost of higher NVH compared to the 70A Street version. Motor oil leaks can degrade the polyurethane bushings, so attention should be paid to valve cover leaks. This Rear Motor Mount is compatible with all 2016-2021 Honda Civic trims, including 2.0L NA and 1.5T models, as well as Sport and Si models. It also fits the 2017-2021 Civic Type R. Customers should be aware that NVH will increase compared to the OEM mount, and the suitability of this increase may vary per individual.
