These heavy-duty replacement springs are designed to be uprated, generally providing a 20-40% increase in spring rate. The KSRS-56 specifically offers a rear raised height option, lifting the vehicle approximately 30-40mm above standard. This is recommended for applications involving excessive towing, heavy load-carrying, or vehicles equipped with LPG tanks. For 4WD models, standard height coils typically raise the vehicle 10-20mm, while raised height coils provide a 30-40mm lift. It's important to note that vehicle ride heights can vary based on the life and age of the vehicle, accessories fitted, and factory options. King Springs recommends consulting their technical staff for specialized height options if exact measurements are critical. Wheel alignment is recommended after fitting front springs, and on some vehicles, rear springs may also require alignment. Always ensure tire sizes and pressures are compatible when addressing vehicle height concerns.
