The Stillen DBA SP Street Series Brake Pads (DB1972SP) are engineered by Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) to provide upgraded performance braking above standard OE levels for street performance vehicles, 4WDs, and SUVs. These rear brake pads utilize a Semi-Met Carbon Fibre friction material composition and a scorched surface for immediate optimal performance. They are designed to withstand the increased stress and heat generated under intense braking applications, offering consistent stopping power up to 438°C. These brake pads are built from high-carbon alloyed iron and undergo Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to ensure their metallurgy can handle elevated temperatures repeatedly. The pads are slotted, and shims are included for proper installation. With an inner and outer pad thickness of 18.8mm and dimensions of 136.9mm width by 63mm height, they offer precise fitment. Compatible with various Dodge Sprinter models, including the 2007-2009 Sprinter 2500 and 3500 (SRW), specific fitment notes are provided for different year/disc configurations. For example, the 2007 Sprinter 2500 requires 285mm front and 272mm rear discs with Bosch, while the 2009 model uses 285mm rear discs.
