Description

The BDS Suspension FOX98450713 is a rear shock absorber engineered to integrate seamlessly with Zone Offroad and other aftermarket lift kits. Constructed with 2.0-inch smooth bore and honed seamless alloy bodies, this shock absorber is finished with a thick silver powdercoat for durability. It employs a monotube design with an internal floating piston (IFP) to isolate the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. This separation prevents oil aeration, ensuring fade-free performance even in demanding terrain. The shock also uses JM92 Advanced Suspension Fluid for optimal performance across a range of temperatures and quiet nitrile rubber bushings that allow for increased suspension articulation. Installation is straightforward as it is designed as a direct replacement for stock and aftermarket lift kits. The shock features a 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft for strength and resilience. This specific model is designed for the 2009-2018 RAM 1500. This shock is built to compliment lift kits, providing enhanced performance for your truck or Jeep.
