The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver the ultimate in stopping power for your vehicle, specifically designed for the rear of the Mercedes-Benz W220 S-Class. This kit integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and ensure continuous cooling of the brake pads during operation. At the core of this kit is the extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. It features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers, enhancing rigidity and pad wear over OEM designs. The calipers also include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. Complementing the calipers are 2-piece floating disc assemblies with unique slot designs that reduce noise, expel debris, and minimize warping from extreme heat. These rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily driven vehicles to run cooler. This kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear. An optional upgrade to Ksport RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon-metallic material, is available for those prioritizing extreme track performance. Stainless steel, D.O.T.-compliant braided brake lines are included to improve pedal feel and response by preventing expansion under pressure. The kit also includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets tailored for a direct bolt-on fitment to the OEM caliper location.
