Description

The Dobinsons GS43-788 rear shock absorber is engineered to deliver superior performance and durability for off-road and heavy-duty applications. Designed and tested in Australia, these twin-tube shocks utilize low-pressure nitrogen gas to minimize oil aeration and prevent shock fade, ensuring consistent damping even in demanding conditions. They are specifically matched to complement Dobinsons Complete Suspension Systems for a cohesive upgrade. Constructed with robust materials, the GS43-788 features thicker walls and longer travel for enhanced capability. The double chrome-hardened rods and a metal shock boot protect the shock from damage and debris. This shock absorber is designed to fit the Isuzu Amigo and Honda Passport from the 1999 to 2002 model years. It is also compatible with the Isuzu Frontera (1999-2002) and Mitsubishi Montero (1999-2000). While compatible with various vehicles, it's always recommended to verify specific fitment for your exact application.
