The BMW Genuine Parts 33526757045 is a rear shock absorber engineered to restore the original ride comfort and handling characteristics of your E46 325i or 330i. It serves as a direct replacement for the original BMW part number 33526757045. This shock absorber is specifically noted as being for models with the "Poor Road Package" which provides a softer ride. While other performance-oriented shock brands are available, this Sachs unit is the ideal choice if you prefer to maintain the original BMW ride quality. It is important to note that this shock absorber is not recommended for use with shorter springs. This product is sold individually per shock absorber; the left and right sides use the same part number. It is recommended to replace shocks in pairs, so please order two units. Additional components such as new mounts, dust boots, and bump stops are sold separately and are required for proper installation. This OEM rear shock is TUV approved and offers a cost-effective alternative to Genuine BMW parts, providing virtually identical quality without the premium price tag. It comes with a two-year warranty.
