The Dobinsons GS59-225 is a pair of rear shock absorbers designed for the 3rd Generation Toyota 4Runner (Hilux Surf) from 1996 to 2002. These shocks are suitable for stock height up to 2.0 inches of lift and can be used with original or aftermarket coils. They are nitrogen gas charged to reduce oil aeration and shock fade, featuring a superior design with thicker walls and longer travel.

Constructed with Japanese NOK Multi-Lip seals, Fuchs German shock absorber oil, and natural rubber bushings, these shocks aim to reduce noise, vibration, and provide flexibility. They also include Teflon piston rings, double chrome hardened rods, and a metal shock boot for rod protection. These shocks are matched to complement Dobinsons Complete Suspension Systems.
