The Dobinsons MRA59-A229 is a pair of rear shock absorbers designed for enhanced off-road performance. These shocks feature a 3-way adjustable damping system for precise tuning.

The Dobinsons MRA59-A229 rear shock absorbers are engineered to provide superior performance and adjustability for off-road adventures. Featuring a sophisticated 3-way damping system, these shocks offer maximum control over ride quality, with 10 stages of high-speed compression for rough terrain, 20 stages of low-speed compression for crawling and cornering, and 15 stages of rebound adjustment to prevent bucking. Constructed with a heavy-duty, 3mm thick DOM seamless 56mm O.D. shock body and a 60mm full 6063 aluminum remote reservoir, these shocks are built to withstand extreme conditions. The internal components include a 50mm CNC-machined high-flow billet aluminum race piston, an 18mm hard chrome-plated, heat-treated micro-polished high-strength shock shaft exceeding 700MPA tensile strength, and an upgraded 3-stage FKM/HNBR sealing system. The spring seat is T6 6061 aluminum for height adjustability, and the wear band is a carbon-fiber/PTFE/disulphide composite for low-friction performance. All components are precision-machined using TSUGAMITM CNC technology and feature EDP surface protection and CNC TIG welded body end mounts. Designed as a direct bolt-on solution, these rear shocks are suitable for Toyota Hilux Revo models from 2015 onwards, providing 0-2 inches of lift when used with original or Dobinsons springs. They are fully rebuildable, ensuring long-term performance and serviceability.
