Overview

The Kodlin Rear Shock Lift Kit is a suspension component designed to provide a 15mm (9/16") lift for M8 Softail models. It is made for the 56mm OEM M8 'extended shock' and extends the shock length.

This lift kit offers maximum lift without impacting the swingarm and includes pre-installed new bearings. Installation is straightforward, though it requires a spring compression tool, such as the Kodlin K66030.

The Kodlin Rear Shock Lift Kit is engineered to provide a 15mm (9/16") rear suspension lift for a range of M8 Softail Harley-Davidson motorcycles from 2018 to 2026. This kit is specifically designed to work with the 56mm OEM M8 'extended shock' and achieves its lift by extending the shock mounting points by the stated measurement. A key benefit of this lift kit is achieving maximum possible lift without interference with the swingarm, contributing to improved ride dynamics and aesthetics. It requires no additional modifications to the existing shock assembly. Installation of the Kodlin Rear Shock Lift Kit is designed to be user-friendly, though it does necessitate the use of a spring compression tool, like the Kodlin K66030. The package includes installation instructions to guide the process. The kit is compatible with a specific list of M8 Softail models including FXLRS Low Rider S (MY22-26), FXLRST Low Rider ST (MY22-26), FXRST Low Rider El Diablo (MY22), FXFB FatBob (MY18-20), FXFBS FatBob 114 (MY18-24), FLHC Heritage Classic (MY18-21, 25-26), FLHCS Heritage Classic 114 (MY18-24), and FLHCSANV Heritage Classic 114 Anv (MY18,23). It may also fit other M8 Softail models if less lift than provided by the K66026 kit is desired.
