The ASR Black Rear Subframe Brace, designed in 2004, is engineered to reinforce the OEM rear subframe on Honda/Acura vehicles, addressing the issue of subframe tearing that can occur with larger diameter anti-sway bars. Manufactured in the USA from 6061-T6 grade aluminum, this brace is built with precise tolerances to ensure proper fitment and quality. This brace is a crucial upgrade when installing a larger anti-sway bar, significantly reducing the risk of the rear lower subframe tearing out. It is a direct bolt-on component and is compatible with various anti-sway bars, including ASR 24mm and 32mm hollow bars, OEM Integra/Civic Type R 22-23mm sway bars, and Mugen 26mm swaybars. The brace features an anodized black finish. Vehicle applications include: 88-91 EF Civic/CRX, 92-95 EG Civic/92-97 Delsol, 96-00 EK Civic (excluding Type-R), 01-05 Civic (all), 90-93 DA Integra, 94-01 DC2 Integra (excluding Type-R), and 02-06 RSX.
