Rear Trailing Arms

The BMR Suspension TCA026 rear trailing arms are engineered to replace stock stamped steel control arms with soft rubber bushings, which are known to deflect under load and absorb power. These aftermarket arms are constructed from heavy-duty 1x2-inch boxed steel tubing, with the open end formed from CNC laser cut and formed 3/16-inch steel plate, providing a robust solution that significantly reduces trailing arm flex and bushing deflection. Featuring greasable, 95-durometer polyurethane bushings, the TCA026 offers a more solid and responsive feel compared to stock rubber components. The bushings are designed with internal flutes to ensure even grease distribution along the inner sleeve and to the outer thrust surface, promoting quiet and reliable operation. This design is intended to handle the high compression loads of hard launches and acceleration while allowing for sufficient articulation for improved handling. They aim to provide improved cornering consistency, reduce wheel hop, and offer more repeatable performance on the street, at the starting line, or in corners. Despite their performance enhancements, BMR has designed the polyurethane bushings to be compliant enough for a comfortable ride and to absorb NVH, striking a balance between performance and daily drivability. The BMR Suspension TCA026 trailing arms are designed to fit all 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro, Pontiac G8 (2008-2009 models), and Chevy SS (2014-2016 models) vehicles. They are manufactured to factory length and are available in a durable red and black hammertone powdercoat finish. Installation time is approximately 1 hour.
