Rear Upper Coil-Over Shock Mount Kit

The Competition Engineering C2046 is an upper coil-over shock mount kit designed for the rear of drag race, Pro Street, or street rod vehicles. This kit is intended to mount between the rear frame rails and works in conjunction with the Competition Engineering C2047 Lower Coil-Over Shock Mount Kit to create a solid mounting point for your coil-over shocks. Its lightweight, tubular design is particularly useful when "back-halving" a vehicle. The kit includes a 40-inch long by 1.625-inch diameter mounting tube, .25-inch thick mounting brackets, four shock mount tabs, and four shock spacers for older style coil-over shocks, along with all necessary mounting hardware. This setup provides an adjustable mounting point for racing coil-over shocks, allowing for significant adjustment in ride height. The C2046 is designed to fit most popular coil-over shocks. Please note that welding is required for installation.
