Constructed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), these arms are CNC milled from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, ensuring they exceed original equipment manufacturer strength and durability standards. The arms feature SPL Parts' exclusive Double Adjuster, which combines electroless nickel plated 4130 Chromoly with 6061-T6 Aluminum rotating clamps. This design minimizes weight, prevents corrosion, and allows for swift and straightforward adjustments. Additionally, Blue Anodized Titanium hardware further reduces unsprung weight without sacrificing strength. Utilizing FK Spherical Bearings and Rod Ends, these arms provide quiet operation, reduced friction, and smooth articulation while eliminating bushing deflection under load. The Teflon liner is self-lubricating and self-cleaning, contributing to robust reliability for both street and track use. The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the race's inner diameter, offering a high load-carrying capacity and enhanced dynamic wear characteristics. The liner operates effectively across a temperature range of -65º to 325ºF. These arms are made in the USA and sold as a pair.
