The Mahle 0024702 piston is a performance cast diesel piston designed for street/strip or pulling trucks that are still used as daily drivers or work trucks. These pistons are engineered for engines producing 400-1000Hp, offering enhanced strength through industry-leading design technology while retaining the driveability and longevity of an OE piston.

They feature performance bowls to reduce erosion from high pressure and advanced injection timing, along with fully radiused valve pockets to prevent stress and fatigue cracking. The pistons also incorporate MAHLE's proprietary GRAFAL skirt coating for reduced drag and increased scuff resistance.
