Its fitment extends to specific models within the E36 chassis, including the 323i, 323is, 325i, 325is, 328i, 328is, and M3 (from 1995-1999). It is also compatible with certain E34 525i models (1991-1992) that utilize the M50 engine. Bosch, an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for BMW, produces this alternator. As a rebuilt unit, it is backed by a 2-year warranty. The purchase price includes a $50 refundable core charge.
