The Boomba Racing Recirculating Bypass Valve is engineered as a direct replacement for the OEM bypass valve on the 2017+ Honda Civic Type-R. This high-performance unit is precision machined from superior aircraft-grade billet aluminum, offering a robust alternative to the stock plastic component. Its design features an internal brass piston and is pressure tested to 75 PSI, ensuring it can complement even the most demanding turbocharger setups. This valve operates by controlling the pressure differential required across its piston to open and release the pressurized intake charge. Key features include 100% recirculation, higher flow capacity, and a durable brass piston design. The manufacturer claims it will function correctly with both stock and aftermarket tunes, without causing check engine lights, turbo lag, or vehicle stuttering between shifts. Designed specifically for the 2017 and newer Honda Civic Type-R, this bypass valve is a direct fit. The package includes one Boomba Recirculating BPV.
