The BDS Suspension Recoil Traction Bar Kit is engineered to enhance traction and manage axle wrap on your 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra, without compromising wheel travel. Its unique design utilizes internal compression springs that can be adjusted while installed on the vehicle, allowing for precise control over axle wrap. The full-floating design ensures bind-free performance across the entire range of suspension articulation. Constructed from robust 2-inch OD x 3/16-inch wall steel tubing, this kit features a threaded bung on the axle mount and a CNC-machined end at the frame. The axle mount incorporates BDS's heavy-duty forged flex end with a 1-1/4-inch x 12 threaded shank, designed for up to 15 degrees of misalignment. The frame end utilizes a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing and a free-floating system with dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. Key features include adjustable axle wrap control via the dual-stage resistance springs, a full floating design that prevents binding and maintains suspension articulation, and greaseable and rebuildable traction bar ends. This kit is compatible with DoubleCab Short Box and CrewMax Short Box models and fits vehicles with 0-6 inches of rear lift.
