Description

The Massive Audio HippoXL152R is a high-output 15" subwoofer designed for daily listening and competition use. It features a heavy-duty, rugged industrial textured cast aluminum basket, a 430 oz high energy double stack strontium magnet structure, and a 4" dual 2 Ohm voice coil wrapped on an anodized aluminum former. The subwoofer utilizes a Kevlar fiber-reinforced non-pressed paper cone with a red stitched edge for added strength, oversized mirror image dual poly/Nomex spiders, and a reinforced fiberglass woven dust cap. It is rated for 3000 Watts RMS and 6000 Peak Watts.
