Description

The RV6 Performance R365 Red Ball Bearing Turbo is an advanced upgrade for L15-equipped Civic models, including the 2016-2021 Honda Civic 1.5T and 2017-2021 Honda Civic Si. This turbocharger represents the latest evolution of the R365 Series, incorporating a dual ball bearing cartridge that offers approximately 400 RPM faster spool compared to previous models. The optimized housings are designed from scratch for superior performance and fitment, making it a direct drop-in replacement for the stock unit. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, particularly at higher boost levels, the R365 Red Turbo requires the use of a thicker oil, such as 0W-30 or 5W-30. This is crucial for providing adequate protection to the turbocharger's thrust bearing under increased load. Professional installation is recommended, and custom tuning is mandatory for proper operation and to achieve the turbo's full potential. This turbo is capable of producing up to 345 HP.
