Overview

Specifically for drag racing, this is the most viscous ATF that Red Line makes and it isn't slippery. It is similar to a Type F fluid, featuring even higher viscosity and no friction modifiers. It produces faster shifts, quicker lock-up, and better converter efficiency at high temperatures. Enhanced extreme-pressure additives provide 5-times better film strength than petroleum ATFs, leading to reduced clutch and gear wear. Red Line offers the widest selection of fully-synthetic ATF on the market today. Each offers improved thermal stability, maintains viscosity levels, and features lower volatility while providing the required frictional characteristics of each fluid's OEM-style replacement. Reduced oxidation and lower volatility at high temperature allows high-temp operation without varnishing valves and clutches, and allows for extended drain intervals.
