This system utilizes a screw-free, rubber-overmolded cage to enhance durability and airflow efficiency.

The Moto Tassinari V4R01H is a high-performance reed valve system engineered for the Honda RS125 (all years) and Husqvarna CR125 (2000-2013) models. By providing double the reed tip surface area compared to conventional designs, the system reduces the distance the petals must travel to achieve equivalent airflow. This reduction in travel minimizes wear while significantly improving petal opening and closing efficiency at high RPMs. Technically, the V4R01H incorporates a 10.5% increase in combined reed tip area and a 15.6% reduction in the frontal area of the central wing, resulting in optimized air velocity. The cage utilizes an aerodynamic shape with added airfoils to further maximize flow. Durability is addressed through a pre-curved carbon fiber petal resin system, long reed stops that progressive slow petal velocity, and rubber overmolding on the cage surface. The kit includes the complete reed valve system, reed petals, gaskets, decals, and installation instructions. Its screw-free design eliminates the risk of hardware ingestion and enables rapid petal changes during maintenance.
