The Infinity Reference 103W is a 10-inch component subwoofer engineered to deliver uncompromised bass performance, transforming your car's audio system into a concert-level experience. As part of the newly redesigned Reference Series, it's built to produce deep, powerful, and accurate low-end frequencies. This subwoofer offers exceptional versatility in system configuration. It is optimized for sealed enclosures of 1.02 ft³ for accurate sonic reproduction and for high-efficiency vented setups for maximum bass output. The patented SSI™ (Selectable Smart Impedance) technology allows for instant toggling between 2-ohm and 4-ohm loads, making system reconfigurations seamless and enabling you to unlock maximum amplifier power by selecting the 2-ohm setting. It also supports free-air compatibility for unique installation needs, though power handling is halved in this configuration. The SSI™ technology also simplifies multi-sub integration. Key features include a double-stacked magnet for extended voice coil excursion and higher power handling, a vented basket design to keep the voice coil cool, and a high-roll rubber surround for superior cone edge suspension and excursion stability. The Reference 103W also undergoes Harman Standard Reliability Testing, including extreme freezing, baking, and shaking tests, to ensure long-term durability. Installation specifications include a cutout diameter of 9" (228.6mm) and a mounting depth of 5-1/16" (128.75mm). The technical specifications are: 350 Watts RMS power handling, 1050 Watts peak power handling, 83dB sensitivity, a frequency response of 35Hz – 500Hz, a 2" (50mm) voice coil diameter, and a polypropylene cone.
