Description

The Monroe Reflex Shock 911257 is a front shock absorber designed to improve stability and handling. It features ASD (Acceleration Sensitive Damping) valving technology that adjusts to impacts, reducing roll and dive. The shock also utilizes rod-displaced valving for consistent ride characteristics across various road conditions.

This shock absorber has an extended length of 14.13 inches and a compressed length of 9.88 inches, with 4.25 inches of travel. It uses a BARPIN bottom mount and an OEM top mount. The nitrogen gas-charge helps maintain tire-to-road contact by reducing aeration and shock fade, while the OE all-weather fluid resists extreme temperatures and oil breakdown. Factory hardware, including necessary washers, bushings, and nuts, is included for installation, though factory shock mounting bolts are reused.
