The WOT-Tech 09380717 is a refurbished Engine Control Module (ECM), also known as a PCM or ECU. This unit is programmed to your specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to ensure an exact match for your vehicle, facilitating a plug-and-play installation. It has been refurbished and tested for functionality. A one-year replacement warranty is included. After installation, an anti-theft relearn procedure may be required if the vehicle will not start. Additionally, a crankshaft variation relearn may be necessary once the vehicle is running, indicated by the check engine or service engine soon light illuminating (potentially storing code P1336). Instructions for both procedures will be provided. This ECM fits the 2000-2001 3.8L Pontiac Firebird, and is also compatible with various other GM models including the 2000 Chevy Camaro, 2000-2002 Chevrolet Camaro, 2000 Grand Am Alero, and 2000 Grand Am.
