Regulated Return Fuel System Kit

The Driven Diesel 7.3L OBS Regulated Return Fuel System Kit is a comprehensive "tank to engine" electric fuel system upgrade designed for 1994-1997 Ford Powerstroke "OBS" trucks. The system includes a Fuelab bypass fuel pressure regulator, 3/8" CNC bent stainless steel hard lines, and 3/8" stainless steel braided Teflon hoses with a black protective covering. It also features a Driven Diesel liquid-filled fuel pressure gauge and a stainless steel regulator mounting bracket. This kit is designed to provide more consistent fuel flow and pressure to the injectors, ensuring a primed fuel system before engine start and supporting moderately upgraded power levels, up to approximately 180cc injectors (350-375hp) when used with an appropriate electric fuel pump. It also opens up space in the engine valley for customers undertaking aftermarket high-pressure oil pump or custom turbocharger system modifications. The result is often quicker starting, smoother engine operation, improved throttle response, and potentially increased power output and fuel economy. This kit is CARB Approved with EO# D-872-3 for 94-97 F250/F350/E250/E350 models only. Note that for 1994-1997 E-Series Van owners, this kit is NOT a direct bolt-in, and while modifications may be possible, Driven Diesel cannot provide support for fitting it to these vans.
