The housings are also hydro blasted to an OEM finish.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assembly is a meticulously remanufactured rear axle assembly designed for Chrysler 8.25-inch differentials. This unit is built to the highest quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. It comes equipped with a 3.55 gear ratio and a Posi Traction limited-slip differential, featuring a 10-bolt round cover configuration. Each assembly is subjected to a rigorous inspection process, covering all internal components such as the ring and pinion, internal gears, clutch packs, and carriers. To guarantee longevity and optimal performance, Zumbrota Drivetrain replaces all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. The housing undergoes a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring it to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is precisely established for setup and durability. This specific axle assembly is designed for 1997-1999 4x4 Dodge Dakota models. It is important to note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately.
