The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1753-P is a remanufactured axle assembly featuring a Chrysler 9.25-inch ring gear and a 3.54 gear ratio, designed for specific Van 2500 models from 1994-1997 with 8-lug axles and Posi Traction. Each assembly is meticulously rebuilt to stringent standards. All axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. Housings are thoroughly tested for surface wear and cracks to ensure structural integrity. Internally, 100% of components, including the ring and pinion, clutch, and carrier, undergo detailed inspection. For guaranteed performance and durability, Zumbrota Drivetrain replaces 100% of critical wear items, including all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. The housing is meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring it to an OEM finish. Furthermore, correct rolling torque is precisely established using inch-pound measurements to ensure optimal setup and extended longevity. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
