The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assy is a rebuilt differential assembly designed for Chrysler 8.25 inch axles. It features a 3.54 gear ratio and Posi Traction for enhanced performance. This assembly is built to order and includes the correct rolling torque, precision setup, and longevity.

All housings undergo hydro blasting and rinsing for an OEM finish. The assembly includes a 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims, with all internal parts inspected for quality. Housings are tested for wear and cracks, and tubes are straightened to OEM specifications.

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assy offers a rebuilt differential solution for vehicles equipped with Chrysler 8.25-inch axles. This assembly features a 3.54 gear ratio and Posi Traction, designed to provide enhanced performance and reliability. Each unit is remanufactured with meticulous attention to detail. This includes establishing correct rolling torque through inch-pound measurements to ensure precision setup and longevity. The housing is restored to an OEM finish using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process. Critical components such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced 100%, and all internal parts, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a thorough inspection. Additionally, all housings are tested for surface wear and cracks, and tubes are inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications. This assembly is built to order and ships when ready. It's important to note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately. Please confirm fitment for your specific vehicle.
