The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Complete Axle Assembly is a meticulously rebuilt unit designed for Dana 60 rear axles, offering precision and reliability for your vehicle. This assembly is engineered for 2002-2005 GMC 1500 models and comes with a 4.10 gear ratio, a substantial 9.75-inch ring gear diameter, and the G80 Posi Traction locking differential for enhanced traction. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs rigorous remanufacturing processes, including 100% inspection of all internal components like ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are set to optimal tooth contact patterns with precise rolling torque measurements. Axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings undergo a specialized hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure for a like-new finish. It's important to note that this axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which will need to be sourced separately.
