Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high-quality standards. Each assembly is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers) are fully inspected and tested. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. Housings are tested for surface wear and cracks, and cleaned using a hydro-blasting and rinsing process for an OEM finish.
