Description

Remanufactured front axle assembly. Features include inspection and straightening of tubes to OEM specifications, testing of housings for surface wear and cracks, 100% inspection of internal parts (ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers), 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting and rinsing process. Gear patterns are checked, and correct rolling torque and backlash clearance are set for optimal performance and longevity. A refundable core charge applies.
