This Zumbrota Drivetrain Remanufactured Complete Axle Assembly is built to high-quality standards. Each assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns, and correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precise setup and longevity. Proper gear backlash is set for lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected to ensure OEM standards of straightness. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This assembly includes Posi Limited Slip Differential and has a 3.55 gear ratio. It does NOT include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
