Description

This remanufactured axle assembly for a Dana 35 includes a 4.10 gear ratio and Posi Traction. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. Housings are tested for surface wear and cracks, and all internal parts (Ring & Pinions, Internal Gears, Clutches & Carriers) undergo 100% inspection. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. Housings are hydro-blasted and rinsed to OEM finish. Correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precision setup and longevity. Does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
