The Zumbrota Drivetrain Remanufactured Axle Assembly RAA435-212A is a complete axle assembly designed for 2009-2011 Ford F-150 trucks. It features a 9.75-inch rear axle with a 3.15 gear ratio and 6-lug axles. This assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced, and gear backlash is precisely set for optimal tooth contact and quiet operation. The axle tubes are inspected to meet OEM standards for straightness. It is finished with an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
