Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Complete Axle Assemblies are remanufactured to high standards. They are inspected for straightness, cracks, and wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are set for optimal tooth contact, correct rolling torque, and proper backlash. Axle tubes meet OEM straightness standards. The process includes a hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. This specific part features an 8.5 Inch Ring Gear, a 10-bolt cover, and Posi Traction.
