Zumbrota Drivetrain offers remanufactured front differentials. All tubes are inspected to ensure they are straightened to OEM specifications. Housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. 100 percent inspection of all internal parts, including Ring and Pinions, Internal Gears, Clutches and Carriers. 100 percent replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts and shims. Housings are cleaned utilizing a hydro blasting and rinsing process. Gear patterns are checked during reman process to ensure optimum tooth contact for increased life of gear set. Correct rolling torque established using inch pound measurements for precision setup and longevity. Correct backlash clearance is set to assure proper gear lubrication and noise reduction. A refundable core charge will be added to the purchase of the product.
