This Zumbrota Drivetrain Remanufactured Axle Assembly (RAA435-1495B) is designed for 1987-1988 Ford F-250 trucks. It features a 10.25-inch ring gear, 3.73 gear ratio, full-floating axles, and posi-traction (limited-slip differential). Compatible with vehicles equipped with ABS. Each assembly is rebuilt to high standards, with thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness, and housings are hydro-blasted for an OEM finish. Does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
