Remanufactured front axle assembly for GM 7.6-inch Independent Front Suspension (IFS) with a 3.42 gear ratio. Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high-quality standards. This includes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. Housings are hydro-blasted and rinsed to restore an OEM finish. Correct rolling torque is set using inch-pound measurements for precise setup, longevity, proper gear lubrication, and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected to meet OEM straightness standards. Units are shipped in high-density plastic totes.
