Remanufactured Front Differential; GM 7.6 in.; IFS; 3.73 Ratio. Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to high quality standards. Each assembly is inspected for straightness, cracks, and wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Correct gear backlash is set. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Zumbrota uses hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and shot-enticed deep cleaning. Units ship in high-density plastic totes. Housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. 100% inspection of all internal parts, 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Housings are cleaned using hydro blasting. Correct rolling torque is established.
