The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assy is a meticulously rebuilt rear axle assembly specifically for the 2004-2007 Nissan Titan 2WD models equipped with an electronic locking differential. This unit features a 3.36 gear ratio and utilizes the robust Dana 44, 8.5-inch ring gear size, offering a significant upgrade for your vehicle's drivetrain. Each axle assembly undergoes a comprehensive remanufacturing process to meet stringent quality standards. This includes thorough inspection and straightening of all tubes to OEM specifications, and testing of all housings for surface wear and cracks. Internally, 100% of parts are inspected, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
