Reman Axle Assy 3.73 G80 Posi Traction

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assy is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for 2004-2007 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon 2WD models. This unit features an AAM 8-inch ring gear with a 3.73 gear ratio and G80 Posi Traction for enhanced performance. During the remanufacturing process, all tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for wear and cracks. Zumbrota Drivetrain conducts a 100% inspection of all internal components, including the ring and pinion, gears, clutches, and carrier. Essential wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. The housings are cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is precisely established for longevity. This axle assembly is specifically configured for vehicles without the Off Road Chassis Package Option Z71 and without the Increased Capacity Chassis Package Option Z85, but it is compatible with the Sport Chassis Package Option ZQ8. Please note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
