The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assy is a comprehensively remanufactured unit built for Ford 10.5-inch axle applications, specifically designed for 2000-2001 F350 models with a 3.73 gear ratio and Single Rear Wheels (SRW). This axle assembly features a Posi Traction (LSD) differential for enhanced performance. During the remanufacturing process, Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously inspects all housings for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carrier, are subjected to a 100% inspection. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are also cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to their OEM finish. This particular axle assembly (RAA435-2045A-P) is built to order and is confirmed to fit 2000-2001 Ford F350 models with the specified configuration. It is important to note that this assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately. The tag number for this unit is S160H.
