Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to the highest quality standards. Each assembly is inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components (ring & pinions, gears, clutches, carriers) are inspected and tested. All bearings & seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Correct gear backlash is set for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM straightness. Zumbrota uses an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and shot-enticed deep cleaning process. Units are shipped in high-density plastic totes. All housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. 100% inspection of all internal parts. 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. All housings are cleaned utilizing state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing to restore OEM finish. Correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
