This Zumbrota Drivetrain Remanufactured Complete Axle Assembly is built to high-quality standards for precision and reliability. Each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components are fully inspected and tested. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are 100% replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. The assembly undergoes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This unit does NOT include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
