This Zumbrota (Yukon) RAA434-1847E is a high-quality remanufactured Dana 44 axle assembly designed for 1996-1997 Dodge Ram 1500 models equipped with a 3.90 gear ratio and 4-wheel ABS. Each assembly undergoes a rigorous rebuilding process, including inspection and straightening of axle tubes to OEM specifications, testing of housings for surface wear and cracks, and 100% inspection of all internal components such as ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. The housings are meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore an OEM finish.
