The Zumbrota (Yukon) RAA435-2121C-P is a remanufactured Dana 60 Rear Axle Assembly with a 3.55 gear ratio, designed for single rear wheel (SRW) and posi-traction (limited slip differential) applications. This assembly ensures OEM specifications are met through thorough inspection and straightening of all tubes, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. All internal parts including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers undergo 100% inspection, and bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are always replaced. The housings are hydro blasted for an OEM finish, and the correct rolling torque and gear backlash are established for precision setup and longevity.
