This is a remanufactured Dana 60 axle assembly featuring a 4.88 gear ratio and Posi Traction (Limited Slip Differential). The tubes have been inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, and the housings have been thoroughly tested for wear and cracks. All internal parts, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a 100% inspection. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced with new components. The housings are hydro-blasted to achieve an OEM finish, and the correct rolling torque is established. This assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts.
